How we protect your privacy at HiNT d.o.o and when you use our services

HiNT d.o.o offers consulting services that help you run your business more effectively and efficiently through individual, team and organizational development programs. As part of running those services we collect data about you and your business. This data is not only essential to run our services, but also critical for the safety of our services and all our users.

This Policy explains what information is collected, why it is collected, and how we use it.

This Policy applies to our domain (www.hint.rs) we operate.

Information we collect

Most of the personal data we collect is directly provided by our clients when they contract with us and use our services. Other data is collected by recording interactions with our services.

Account & Contact Data: When you visit our website to purchase one of our products (Shop), or to register to one of our open courses (Events) or fill in one of our contact forms (Contact us, RfQ or My HiNT Newsletter), or you simply register in order to participate in our Blog or Forum discussions, you voluntarily give us certain information. This typically includes your name, company name, email address, and sometimes your phone number, postal address (when an invoice is required), business sector and interest in working HiNT d.o.o.

When your company contracts us to deliver consulting and/or training services for your organization, any information you submit to us is your own and you can control it fully.

This data will often include personal information, for example: your list of employees who participate in the project/workshop, your contacts, billing address, etc. We only collect this information to successfully deliver our services, and you always retain ownership and full control on this data.

Authorized access to My HiNT Portal is enabled to eligible individuals from our clients/vendors organizations for easier orders and invoice processing, and is conducted by personalized invitation from our side. In these cases, when you register and account voluntarily or accept our invitation to register, we store username and personal password of the registered user.

We never record or store credit card information from our customers. All payments are processed via wire transfer from the clients’ company account to our bank account, based upon valid invoice.

If we decide to send you a job proposition, we will also ask you to provide extra personal details, as required to fulfill our legal obligations and personnel management requirements.

We will not ask you to provide information that is not necessary for the recruitment process. In particular, we will never collect any information about your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership or sexual life.

Our servers also passively record a summary of the information sent by your browser, for statistical, security and legal purposes: your IP address, the time and date of your visit, your browser version and platform, and the web page that referred you to our website.
