Program Description

This program is designed for all of you engaged in professional sales and  have a need to present to clients/customers your own and the your company’s ability to fulfill what you market – an idea, product and/or a solution.

For you Sales managers who present plans for business developments, or results your teams achieved.

Also, for all of you who regularly present an idea, program, project, plan or a solution to your internal/external audience, can benefit from attending this program too.

By engaging yourself in our workshop you will:

  • Understand the importance of preparation for presentation

  • Distinguish types of presentation

  • Master the techniques for structuring and designing the content

  • Set presentation objectives adequate for the sales process phase you are in

  • Formulate clear strategic messages that positively influence the buying process

  • Manage key stakeholders expectations in a timely manner

  • Gain insight into the verbal, vocal and visual impact presentations

  • Encourage and manage group dynamics

  • Manage presentation logistics

  • Present with confidence


30-40% of the time instructional training, 60-70% of interactivity through exercises, discussions, case studies, role-play


Program duration is 2½ working days and consists of the following stages:

  • Preparation: online questionnaire for training participants + Preparatory Task

  • Training: 2 working days

  • Follow up: Structured skill application through weekly tasks with the assistance of the coach

  • Follow up workshop: ½ working day after the end of the follow up (the date will be set in agreement with the participants)
